We happily accept returns of unused items - they must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. All items eligible for return must be returned in their original packaging.Any merchandise showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
We are sorry but special orders are not returnable. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for return so we can expect it and issue a store credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. Items must be shipped back insured, in their original boxes in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer. (Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped.)
Edita Designs is not responsible for return items lost in the mail. To avoid this, please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. If using USPS, packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information.
